We represent an offcial Advice Center sponsored by state and community and are a division of the Prothestant-Lutheran Pastoral Care Center for the deaf in Bavaria. Counseling can be given with verbally-accompanied gestures with sign language. We are looking forward to providing our professional assistance for you, and confidentiality is always guaranteed.
We will advise you on daily issues.
We will assist you in managing your correspondence and – in case of uprising questions – we will offer you any relevant information you may require.
We will arrange appointments with doctors, the authorities, service personnel etc.
We will accompany you – if required – and we will provide assistance concerning communication with authorities, doctors, at hospitals, with the police, lawyers, or in finding a new flat, with specialised councelling facilities.
We will visit the ill and elderly deaf in their homes, in the hospital, an in nursing & retiremant homes.
We will offer crisis relief in case of emergencies and critical situations in life.
We will organize group meetings for "Recovering Alcoholics" – a group for alcohol-addicted deaf people.
The staff at our Social Services Unit is available for consultation:
Every Monday from 3.00 pm to 6.00 pm.
Every Tuesday from 9.00 am to 12.00 am.
